“Monochromatic Prints”

In the bright sunny day,we came across prints of “MONO”. The term monochrome is usually taken to mean the same as black and white or, more likely, greyscale, but may also be used to refer to other combinations containing only tones of a single color. These prints are in trend now, it gives a look of casual and it can be worn any time….
She was wearing a half sleeve shirt of monochromatic stripes and a black jean with yellow footwear, it was very casual but still had an attractive look to it, this combination perfectly matched the overall look for this happy summer season.
Here you can see the printed pants which is very simple but yet gives a great style to it. These pants are a modern take on a classic shape and style, and add pizzazz to any outfit. This is a piece that can take you from a totally put-together and professional daytime look to a sophisticated night out ensemble, And also a funky college wear.

"HER"

Bangalore is a city of mixed cultures, one place that will make anyone feel at home. It has a raw urban edge as well as a cultural mist to it. So, if walking down a busy street you see more foreigners than Indians, don't doubt yourself for being elsewhere, cause you're here-in Bangalore.

We found her when we were loitering around the garden city and here we have "her" for you:
From her printed maxi skirt , to her buttoned shirt  that's tied up casually, to her round rimmed sunglasses- all made a very well dressed look for this lovely lass.
Her canvas shoes had the effect of black boots, which she had smartly teamed with her long skirt.
Her woven cloth bag matched perfectly to her outfit, with that very Indian touch. With a big dial watch and rings to add as her accessories, she was our pick for the day.

Hip N Happening Bangalore

This Sunday evening we visited the Kitsch Mandi at Pebbles, Palace Grounds. The theme was “Indie Art Show”, was an art mela where new talents displayed their creativity in an innovative and inspiring way. The ambiance of the place and props used to decorate brings novelty to it. They used tins of Asian paints, brushes, cap of the tins, etc and hung them on tree branches. This shows direct connectivity between the art mela and the theme of the festival.

Few art works from the Flea Market
An artist always has his own style statement relating to their work and thoughts. The person we see here wearing a long Greek Toga like garment is a popular fashion stylist, Ron Dutta. His long hair, white attire and complementing white floaters give us the perfect ‘Flea Market’ feel.
Grace at its best, these two ladies had a charm that forced our attention towards them. The lady in the grey top added glam to her attire by accessorizing it with contrasting red neck piece which was beaded and had a Feng Shui touch. The lady to the right in tints and shades of red-pink was enjoying the festival in her taste- calmly and beautifully.
Eye catching-Bags and the Boots
Standing tall at her stall the lady is in summery floral red and blue dress. She accessorized herself with a lemon yellow and pink side sling bag; yellow sun-flower pined on her hair, reddish beaded neck piece and a rounded red bracelet. Her look was simple yet the smile she carried and the warm welcome that she gave was what added the beauty to it.
The Pop-Art wall
Laila, co-owner of Kitsch Mandi; prettified in a monochromatic Aztec crop top, Dhoti like skirt and a traditional side sling bag. What we loved: Her confidence and attitude which personified her job profile and gave her that stylish edge of being at a Flea market.
